St Philomena College, as the founder     desired it, has been serving in the field of higher education. Many of our Alumni have made a mark in various walks of life which is a proof for the efforts of Management and Staff of the College in the formation of character and integrated development of personality of students while they are in the College. Parents and Alumni Association walk with us and students co-operate in the process.

In the wake of Globalization, we foresee challenges in the field of higher education. The first and foremost challenge to the institution of higher education is quality enhancement, which is taken up by our Management and is being implemented in a phased manner. Secondly, the challenge is enhancing the competency of students so that they are able to have a win-win situation. In order to enhance the competency of our students, efforts are made both by the Management and the Staff to provide an enriched learning experience to our students.

The country and the society need men and women of character who can change the destiny of this country and bring about social change. It is our endeavour to give to the society men and women of character.
